In-House Transition Booklet - explains our Empowered Transition for children who move into a pre-adoptive home across a long distance (usually greater than 100 miles) as they and the family move from Foster to Forever in a gradual transition process.
Father Covenant Sample - a sample of the covenant that an adult signs, the discrete moment that he or she becomes the parent of an adopted child. This covenant can be adapted for a Mother, and can be further customized and personalized to suit the family and child.
Child Covenant Sample - a sample of the covenant that a child signs, after the adults have gone first and signed their covenants, stating that they believe their parents' promises and have decided to be adopted.
In-House Transition Rules and Guidelines - rules for famlies who are in transition with a child, and guidelines for what to expect.
