FAMILY FOCUS has developed a detailed and powerful transition process for children who move into a pre-adoptive home across a long distance (usually greater than 100 miles). It provides supports for the family, and at the same time, empowers children to take ownership of their own adoptions as they gradually move from Foster to Forever.
